1. Property:
Polyaluminum phosphate as a curing agent for sodium water glass Polyaluminum phosphate has a wide range of uses. This article describes its application in inorganic plastic materials.
First, the curing agent (aluminum polyphosphate, zinc oxide, sodium fluorosilicate and imported polyaluminum phosphate) is mixed with perlite respectively.
Add the water glass and stir it thoroughly, and it will form in the steel mold.
After being left for 7 days, a waterproof performance test was performed. The compressive strength of the module is measured after being boiled in 100°C boiling water for 2 hours.
2. Usage:
The experimental results show: As a curing agent for sodium water glass, polyaluminum phosphate has better performance than other curing agents and is equivalent to imported polyaluminum phosphate, which can meet the compressive strength (1.4M Pa) requirements of lightweight aggregate moldings.
