Zinc phosphate multi-functional chemical products
1. Property:
Zinc phosphate has long been used for anti-corrosion and phosphating treatment of steel surface due to its excellent anti-rust and protective properties, as well as advantages such as quick drying of zinc phosphate primer, low requirement for metal surface pretreatment, and preparation of light-colored primer.
2. Usage:
It has been used as various kinds of coatings and pigments based on alkyd, phenolic aldehyde, epoxy vinegar, carbamate and polyamino-acetate, etc., and has been widely applied and developed in the production of non-toxic anti-rust coatings and water-soluble coatings.
In addition, it is used in the production of chlorinated rubber, adhesives, insecticides, flame retardants and medical drugs.
With the development of technology and the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, the low toxic and non-toxic antirust pigments represented by zinc phosphate will gradually replace the traditional and toxic antirust pigments containing lead and chromium.
In addition, as a multi-functional chemical product with excellent performance, zinc phosphate has been paid more and more attention by people.
At present, in addition to the production of various anticorrosive pigments, coatings, steel and other metal surface phosphating agent and pharmaceutical, dental adhesives, but also used to produce chlorinated rubber, flame retardant, fire extinguishing agent, phosphor and so on.
Recently, it has been applied to the manufacture of electronic functional materials and fluorescent materials.
