1. Property:
Zinc phosphate is a new generation of pollution-free anti-rust pigments with excellent anti-rust and corrosion effects, which can effectively replace traditional anti-rust pigments containing heavy metals such as lead and chromium. It can replace traditional antirust pigments such as red lead and zinc chrome yellow. It is often used in antirust of steel frames, ships, electrical appliances and equipment.
Zinc phosphate does not contain heavy metals such as lead. It has good thermal stability, good rust resistance, and strong rust resistance. Since the pigment is white, the matching topcoat can be adjusted according to need without restrictions, which can simplify the process.
2. Usage:
Zinc phosphate is used to produce environmentally friendly and pollution-free water-based paint. Ferric iron ions have a strong condensation ability. The root ions of zinc phosphate react with the iron plate to form a strong protective film with iron phosphate as the main body. This dense passive film is insoluble in water and has high hardness. , Strong adhesion, can produce chromium compounds with many metal ions, has a good anti-rust effect.
