Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, a high temperature resistant material, is used as a refractory binder
1.Property:
Mainly used in electrical industry, high temperature furnace, heat treatment resistance furnace, ceramic building, electrical insulation, mainly used for high temperature furnace refractory binder.
2.Usage:
Powder:
Used for refractory spray coating, fireclay, castable, ramming material, phosphate brick.
Characteristics of solid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate: it is mixed with refractory aggregate and hardener at room temperature and maintained at a constant temperature of 90-110 °C for 4-24 hours to form a high bonding strength. After drying at 350-500°C, it has high anti-folding, anti-pressure and anti-hydration properties, and will not become soft even if immersed in water or boiled.
Liquid:
The use of refractory coating, fire mud, casting and casting industry used in the binder, mainly used in the refractory industry of solid jade, chromium solid jade water mouth, coal water slurry gasifier with chromium aluminum zirconium corundum brick production.
Characteristics of liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate: easy to mix and form, especially suitable for site construction
