1.Usage:
Condensed aluminum phosphate does not melt at high temperatures and becomes a colloid, so the adhesive made from it has excellent acid resistance and heat resistance, and has excellent corrosion resistance and stability to most inorganic acids, organic acids, and acid gases Sex.
The widely used potassium water glass cement is the most successful example in the application of condensed aluminum phosphate.
The operation method is: use potassium water glass as the binder, condensed aluminum phosphate as the curing agent, and silicon aluminum oxide as the acid-resistant and heat-resistant powder configuration.
2.Applications:
Compared with sodium water glass cement, the curing reaction rate between potassium water glass and condensed aluminum phosphate is higher, there is less residual unreacted potassium water glass in the cement, and the water resistance and acid resistance of the cement are increased.
