Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate binder was selected for production of corundum bricks
1. Property:
Liquid aluminum dihydrogen phosphate is suitable for bonding at temperatures above 300°C, especially for high temperature kiln masonry or repair.For example, the bonding of ceramics, the laying and repairing of various high-temperature kilns and heat treatment furnaces, the spraying material of kiln wheel repair, and the bonding of aluminum silicate refractory fiber, etc.It has a maximum temperature of 1500°C and a short time of 1800°C and even higher.
2. Usage:
It is mainly used in the production of chrome-aluminum-zirconium corundum bricks in the refractory industry, such as spray coating, fire-clay, castable and casting industry.
