Application of potassium aluminum phosphate water glass curing agent in ceramics
1.Usage:
Because condensed aluminum phosphate is processed at high temperature, it has excellent thermal stability. Among them, the trimer (aluminum tripolyphosphate) is an excellent catalyst carrier in the production of silicate, which is mainly used for the bonding and curing of refractory materials in high-temperature furnaces.
As a solid acid, it can also act as an electrolyte in the production of ceramics, and can be used as a dispersant to give products a strong three-dimensional effect in ceramic floor tiles and wall tiles.
Aluminum tripolyphosphate can also replace the iron phosphate red in the original formula, can reduce the cost of glaze making, and improve the gloss elasticity and whiteness of the glaze, and has a strong combustion-supporting effect.
2.Applications:
As a curing agent for sodium water glass, polyaluminum phosphate has better performance than other curing agents.
It is equivalent to imported products and can meet the requirements of compressive strength (147MPa) of lightweight aggregate molding.
