1. Property:
Aluminum tripolyphosphate is a new type of harmless and efficient anti-rust pigment. The dissociated tripolyphosphate ions can be cross-chelated with metal cations. It has a strong ability to capture metal ions and can effectively block metal ions. Form inorganic polymer complexes, passivate the metal surface, and play a chemical anti-rust effect. Then it slowly decomposes into a dense orthophosphoric acid film to prevent moisture, oxygen, etc. from contacting the metal surface, which has the effect of isolating and preventing rust, so it has the dual effects of chemical corrosion and rust prevention.
2. Usage:
The product uses aluminum tripolyphosphate as an anti-rust pigment, which can effectively improve the salt spray resistance. Through in-depth screening of raw materials, reasonable matching, and selection of special water-based acrylic emulsion as the film-forming substance, the metal anti-rust paint developed has excellent water resistance, salt spray resistance, abrasion resistance and good storage stability.
