PRODUCT APPLICATION:
In the presence of moisture and oxygen, zinc phosphate can combine with iron and ferrous ions to form a stable complex film, that is, a dense passivation film of Me (metal)2Zn2P2O5, which can effectively isolate the internal metal from oxygen. The reaction is oxidized, so as to achieve the anti-corrosion effect. In addition, ammonium salt has a strong corrosive effect on metals, and zinc phosphate can inhibit the penetration and diffusion of ammonium ions on the coating film. "Phosphate" the metal surface and keep it passivated. Phosphate can inhibit the corrosion of metals by ammonium ions. Zinc ions form a negative protection on the surface of the steel to prevent further corrosion of the metal.
