PRODUCT APPLICATION:
(1) As epoxy zinc phosphate paint, it is suitable for rust prevention in ports, docks, heavy machinery, mining machinery, grain machinery, power machinery, chemical equipment, water conservancy projects and other steel structures, as well as steel structures above the waterline of ships. Use of primer.
(2) Zinc-based phosphating solution; mainly used in the process section of steel surface anti-rust treatment.
Principle: A liquid prepared with zinc phosphate, phosphoric acid and surfactant. After contact with steel, it can effectively dissolve iron oxides and release iron ions, forming a dense complex protective film on the surface of the steel.
